Morpheus is a small team of engineers and designers building software at a higher standard than the market provides. We started with custom work for clients in West Africa, and have since grown into operating our own products as well.
Selorm is Senior Vice President at Black Star Group, where he leads both Asset Management and the firm's engineering organization. Over more than a decade in Ghana's capital markets, he led the team that built the Black Star App and the infrastructure that automated roughly 90% of the firm's operations, scaling its client base from under 5,000 to over 160,000.
Selorm leads engineering at Morpheus. He has spent the past two years at Black Star Group building AI automations for KYC and customer service, alongside three years as a software engineer at BeSocial in California shipping consumer apps to a US user base. His independent work includes MobileView, a VS Code extension used by more than 170,000 developers worldwide.
We're a small core team in Accra. For specific engagements, we draw on a network of senior engineers and designers we've worked with for years, based in India, Europe, and the US. Every project is led by a co-founder. The team you meet on the first call ships the work.
We could be based anywhere. We're in Accra because the next generation of consequential software companies will be built outside the usual places, and we want to be part of proving that.
