A customer service platform built for African operators with high volume and high stakes. Morpheus Desk replaces scripted chatbots and overburdened support teams with an AI agent that understands intent, retrieves the right context, and acts on it: resolving the conversation when it can, and escalating cleanly when it can't.
In production in West Africa. Around 6,000 conversations handled per month across WhatsApp, web, email, Facebook, and Instagram. Median response time reduced from 14 hours to 1.7 hours.
